How is Campylobacteriosis Transmitted?
- Eating raw or undercooked poultry and meat ππ₯
- Drinking contaminated water or milk π₯π§
- Contact with infected animals, especially poultry π
- Cross-contamination during food preparation
Symptoms
- Diarrhea, often bloody π©π©Έ
- Abdominal cramps and pain π€

- Symptoms usually begin 2-5 days after exposure and last about a week
Diagnosis
- Stool culture to identify Campylobacter bacteria
